Botanik is a one person practice, on purpose. I've spent 27 years leading product at organizations from SaaS startups to The Home Depot, where I held senior and principal product roles and helped build the company's Product Center of Excellence, developing the governance standards and training used by hundreds of product teams. I founded Botanik because most product organizations are missing at least one of three things: a strategic foundation everyone can point to, an operating model that matches how the work actually gets done, or real visibility into how AI is already changing what gets built and by whom. I help leaders close whichever gap is costing them the most.
